Location services are required to find competitions near you. To enable:

1. Open iOS Settings
2. Scroll down and tap "CheerSchedule"
3. Tap "Location"
4. Select "While Using the App"

Alternatively, tap the "Enable Location" button in the app when prompted.

There are a few possible reasons:

• Schedule not published yet - Most sponsors publish schedules 1-2 weeks before the event
• Typo in team name - Try using fewer words or different spelling
• Team name variation - Try searching for your gym name instead

Our fuzzy search should find partial matches, but if you still can't find your team, contact support.

To save teams for quick filtering:

1. Tap the "Teams" tab at the bottom
2. Tap the "+" button in the top right
3. Enter your team name
4. Tap "Save"

Your favorite teams will be saved and can be used to filter schedules at any competition.

No. Your location is only used to find nearby competitions and calculate distances. We do not store location history or share your location with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

Yes! CheerSchedule caches competition schedules for offline viewing. Once you've loaded a schedule, it will remain available for 15 minutes even without an internet connection. Perfect for venues with poor cell reception!
